This short tour from Cape Town takes you through the beautiful shoreline of the Western Cape. Forests and wetlands can be enjoyed in the Garden Routes national parks, while wildlife activity options include visiting an ostrich farm, black water tubing and a cage-dive with a great white shark (booked on request).

Departing Cape Town this morning, we travel along the scenic Clarens Drive to the coastal town of Hermanus - renowned for the countrys best land based whale watching. We continue on to Cape Agulhas, Africas southernmost tip and from have the option to take a harbour cruise.
There is an opportunity to experience shark cage diving today, however this must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment.
Today, we drive along well-known Route 62, into the semi-desert region of the Klein Little Karoo and Oudtshoorn. The Cango Caves will be the first stop and here well embark on a 1.5 hour guided tour of the drip stone cave system to view its massive caverns - a wonderland of stalactite and stalagmite formations. Next is an option to view Ostriches on a working ostrich farm, or to go on a guided tour of the Cango Endangered Wildlife Ranch.
After driving through the picturesque Outeniqua Mountain range, we have the opportunity to enjoy a canoe trip down one of the tranquil rivers and a hike to a stunning waterfall in the Wilderness National Park en-route to our accommodation at Sedgefield. Before reaching Sedgefield, we will visit the charming town of Knysna with its bustling waterfront and waterways.
This morning we drive to the highest road bridge in Africa at Bloukrans Bridge. At a height of 216m this is also the site of the highest bungy jump in Africa, so take the leap if you dare! Late morning it is on to Tsitsikamma National Park for scenic views - take a walk on the suspension bridges spanning the Storms River mouth, or simply enjoy the breathtaking views over this marine national park. From here we make our way to Addo Elephant National Park area where we spend the night before our safari tomorrow morning.
After an early rise, we make our way to the Addo Elephant National Park for our morning game drive along the network of winding roads, stopping regularly for photographs and information on animals we encounter along the way. Famous for the densest African elephant population on earth, totaling over 500 elephants in the 145,000ha area National Park. Keep an eye open for the famed dung-beetles that can be seen here, as well as a number of mammals and birds found in the area. We then head back toward the Garden Route and spend the night in either Wilderness or Mossel Bay.
After some time at the beach in the morning, we start our journey back to Cape Town. We visit Diaz Museum complex, displaying the first European explorations in the area on the way. There are some optional activities to enjoy as well such as sandboarding and skydiving for the adrenaline seekers. We arrive in Cape Town in the early evening where our tour will end.
